the guest house

2023

Finished in 2023, the Guest House in Old Muthaiga needed to match the main house on the same acre, so it was built with the same cast windows, Cedar floors recycled from an old house and a classic Muthaiga old English feel.

The loft

2017

A new build in Old Muthaiga above an existing building allowed optimal use of space for this three-bedroom studio. The unique features of this apartment are the Cedar floors recycled from an old house, the wooden ceiling and the views over the treetops of Old Muthaiga.

A stunning 1932 mansion in Old Muthaiga was refinished to retain it's character, whilst re-arranging the internal space to modern standards.
